The first steps have already been made, when a meeting between Vicentius Petrescu, CEO of National Portuary Administration of Constanta, and Haluck Agca, the honorific consul of Turkey, took place. Mr. Agca has made a public announcement about several of his countrymen that are willing to invest in a permanent ferryboat route through wich Turkey could connect to the EU eastern border. The next step will be an itinerary exposition aimed to promote
the main export products of Turkey. The exposition, so far known as “Blue Expo", has been scheduled to take place on 6th and 7th of June, 2007.
