A neglected money source: recovering the VAT in the EU states

The companies with an international activity and especially the transport companies have the right to recover the Value Added Tax (VAT) included in the costs of the fuel, accomodation, representative’s trips abroad with international transport, on international fairs, conferences or training sessions.

But the VAT reimbursement is whether delayed or missed in the case of most of the Romanian transport companies, as they are not informed on the fiscal regulations of the country where their representatives go.
