ACTUALITY - Rail and river transport - black sheep for Ministry of Transport

RBT editia nr. 7/Mai 2007 Articol adaugata la, 03 Mai 2007 ( )
Afisari: 302

On 11th April, Ludovic Orban took over from Radu Berceanu as minister of Transports, and presented the main priorities of his mandate.

”There were many speculations that I will cancel infrastructure contracts. A canceling means blocking works and preserving them for an unknown interval, a possible lawsuit and eventually penalties for the state. I don’t like to engage in such adventures. Ministry’s interest is quick and state-of-the-art infrastructure works“, said Mr Orban.
