Air charter market adjusts to the crisis

RBT editia nr. 34/August 2009 Articol adaugata la, 03 August 2009 ( RBT )
Afisari: 243

While in the first semester of the year the number of charter flights has been declining, warm summer days bring an optimistic situation, by introducing a series of flights to different holiday destinations.

On the other hand, relying on the principle of business development, the VIP charter will not be very much affected. Even more companies in the field have set new objectives: flight entertainment services, medical evacuation and flight school. However, despite budget cuts, representatives of the VIP charters field count on business trips in order to maintain the image or the development of anti-crisis strategies. The economic context will also help differentiate the providers of air services, to make sure that those who stand up are the companies with a strong customer portfolio.
