Unfortunately, the approach of the hauliers' representatives comes after the Euro-parliamentarians campaign, during which they haven't addressed any of these actual issues. Two of the 33 Romanian Euro-parliamentarians elected in June, were confirmed last month in the new scheme of the Transport Board of EU Legislative and they and their parties should be called to account for the Romanian transporters' interests.
The fact that the Hungarians' discriminatory policy was not mentioned during the campaign demonstrates the lack of interest in politics, whose perpetuation during several electoral cycles made the "No vote - no being" saying to become the key-word for the elected officials. And behold, we'll pay big time for the absenteeism as long as one of two Romanians is the beneficiary of any kind of social assistance and enjoys the stray status.
