In the transportation field, personnel leasing is used when it comes to hiring immigrant drivers or even renting the aircrafts including the pilots too.

Personnel leasing refers to providing a company with one or more employees hired on a temporary work contract, per a temporary work attendant. The prominent fields for the demands are the producing ones (food, automotive, electronic components, pharma industry etc), the banking sector, constructions, sales or IT.
