Most human resources managers in Romania have high Emotional Quotient (EQ), according to a study released by Parteners Consulting. The survey shows that human resources managers in Romanian companies are aware of their emotions, show credibility, empathy and are interested in developing other people. They also enjoy good leadership, know how to handle conflicts and communicate. On the other hand, Romanian human resource managers don't show too much self-confidence, don't know to evaluate themselves and build human bonds. Initiative is another area in great deficit.
