It`s evaluations time

RBT editia nr. 31/Mai 2009 Articol adaugata la, 15 Mai 2009 ( RBT )
Afisari: 236

Human resource experts argue that personnel evaluation is a must in a time of downturn, even for companies that have no lay off plans. They also suggest that evaluations should be done by specialists, and not by internal staff, in order to ensure an impartial analysis.

”On the short term any evaluation needs both financial and human resources, and may prove to be a hindrance to day-to day activities in a company. On the long term, evaluation will help increasing efficiency by promoting the right people or by finding the best human potentials,“ said Sorin Dumitru, Recruiter at APT Resources and Services.
