Many warehouses, few logistics specialists

New and new logistics centers are coming online all over Romania, but few of the investors are asking who will work in those warehouses.

The problems are real, as Ioana Vlad, HR Manager Delamode explains: ”We had problems in recruiting blue-collars workers both from the numbers and quality points of view. Logistics specialists are also difficult to find although the market is quite well developed“.
