While not long ago some airlines’ services were made available to passengers free of charge, the economic crisis determined even the most famous companies to charge those services too, in their attempt to cut their losses.

Low-cost operators, like Ryanair or Air Blue, but also large airline companies like Air France-KLM or British Airways, resorted to these solutions.

Automatic or electronic check-in, charges on the spot for the passengers who would still want to use the planes´ toilet, additional charges for over 130 kg men and 100 kg women, 2-3 Euro per every minute talking on the personal mobile phone during a flight, are some of the solutions taken in consideration by Ryanair.
