Best bidder in the privatization process involving Yugoslav River Shipping (JRB) is the consortium of Tamoza Trading (from Cyprus) and Daxin Petroleum PTE (from Singapore), according to the tender commission. This consortium offered 32,25 million Euros for 69.99% of JRB and an investment programme worth 10 million Euros while accepting unconditionally the minimal social program requirements.

Malta-based Palmali Shipping/Palmali Holding consortium and East Point Holding were the second and the third-ranked bidders, respectively. Romanian TTS Group was only fourth in the race for the former Yugoslav fleet on the Danube.
