There are many obligations settled by the regulation, including informing the mobile workers about the national rules in the field, contracting the transports and settling the schedule according to which the transports are to be made, so that the working period should be respected.
There are also a lot of sanctions to be applied, if the regulations are infringed: a 1.500 to 4.000 RON fine might be imposed, proportionate to the gravity of the infringement.
