At the opening ceremony, prime minister Calin Popescu Tariceanu approached the infrastructure topic, as it became a main issue when it comes to negotiating the investments with the great automotive producers in our country. The prime minister emphasized that not only Renault, but also the newly-arrived Ford, will have the state’s support in what concerns the infrastructure field.
Let alone the prime-minister’s declaration, one might start to doubt whether there is any need for him to acquire such a highly rated vehicle only to have it stuck into a bumper-to-bumper local traffic.
From the presentation point of view, there is also a superlative to be mentioned: the great number of feminine attractions, which confirmed the off-the-record name of the event: International Fair for Men’s Attractions.
The great number of premieres is also an important topic, the most spectacular release being that of Dacia Logan Pick-up, which stands great chances of becoming head of the list for the next year’s light trucks buyers, in spite of the model’s not so spectacular design. What remained officially unsaid is the model’s prize, but according to the rumours, it cannot overcome the 5.000 Euros threshold.
