The financial crisis makes more and more Romanian think twice when they want to change their workplaces. In fact, HR experts foresee that there will be a significant decrease in staff fluctuation phenomenon in the subsequent years.

The unbearable boss, the overcharged workday schedule or the hostile atmosphere will no longer be reasons for dismissal. Those will actually appear, according to the specialists, as a mere whim.

To preserve the job, the employee must strive on becoming a model. Firstly, besides competence, employees should strive more on improving their relations and communication, to work as a team, and to give up selfishness. Secondly, those who will stay longer in a company and who will not jump from one employer to another will be appreciated.
