Service, a new Goodyear orientation in Romania

RBT editia nr. 32/Iunie 2009 Articol adaugata la, 01 Iunie 2009 ( RBT )
Afisari: 277

Goodyear Dunlop Tires Romania inaugurated, last month, a second multi-functional centre within the innovative Premio franchise program. Following the similar unit opened in Deva, the customers in Bucharest will be able to carry out service operations and buy tires in the first Premio Primat Silver centre.

Economic crisis affects all fields, the budgets are lower and fleet vehicles users tend to switch to using cheaper tires. ”The phenomenon can be observed also among individuals who slide from the premium segment to the middle segment, and even to the low-budget segment,“  according to Alina Mihaescu, marketing director of Goodyear Dunlop Tires for Romania and Bulgaria. This trend has led Goodyear to focus on providing after-sales services, counting on these to increase the business.

Premio franchise program, designed for the authorized distributors in the most important cities in the country, aims to have 15 units opened by the end of this year.
