Strategy adaptation is a need for development

Proffesor Radu Pencea writes about the need to adapt Romania's strategy for development in accordance to European Union's own objectives.
The story shows how a hydropower plant at Macin might not only help to lower the country's dependance upon energy sources imports, but might also provide a solution to navigation problems on the Danube. „To solve all infrastructure problems huge amounts of money are required. In order to get these money Romania can take profit of the European Union strategy.
