The program will benefit 4 billion Euros from the structural capital available this year, and 1 billion offered by the Romanian government. “Five important financing courses have been established so far. The main areas in desperate need of development and upgrading are the trans-european network system, the national grid system, the rolling stock for the passenger rail transport, the transport sector and the technical assistance", said Florentina Teodorovici, general director of the International Finance General Directorate in the ministry.
