RBT: Have you noticed any drawbacks with the developer`s offers in Romania?
Dragos Geletu: Firstly, there are only few developers in our country. This results in high prices, while storage capacity remains large. Secondly, there are a lot of other independent factors that attract the delivery deadline not being met. Also, the service charge costs and utilities are quite a hindrance, as there are no appropriate technical solutions or the technical solutions that are used do not encourage the cuts in costs.
