TIPPING BODIES WITHOUT ANY COMPROMISE TO QUALITY

RBT editia nr. 26/Decembrie 2008 Articol adaugata la, 03 Decembrie 2008 ( RBT )
Afisari: 237

Without indulging themselves in the financial crisis gloom, the H&W Nutzfahrzeugtechnik German manufacturer brings to the building materials transporters an attractive offer: superstructure and semi-trailers for the transport of material aggregates, under the trade name WOX associated with “Made of Hardox” and specifying the half-round tipping bodies.

H&W Nutzfahrzeugtechnik rely on the development of heavy vehicles for construction applications. The German body manufacturer developed for this purpose a new project to manufacture superstructure and tipping ladle semi-trailers, under the WOX brand. The tipping body promoted in Romania measures 8 by 2,55 by 1,67 meters, offers a loading volume of 26 cubic meters and a payload of 27.090 kilograms, to a maximum weight of 34 tons. The tipping body is made of a special steel grade - Hardox 450, produced by the Swedish concern Ssab, in thickness of 5 mm or 7, on a modern manufacturing technology basis, assisted by laser welding robots.

Generally, any order can be met for the superstructures, within a maximum three weeks period after the chassis has arrived at the factory, and within about ten weeks if it is a semi-trailer.
