To increase the use of amicable finding from, CSA has decided to distribute the brochure ”Guide to good behavior in case you smashed your car“ to inform drivers and insurance companies staff. The main information provided by the brochure refers to the conditions when the amicable finding form can be used. Thus, the policyholders can use the amicable finding form if four conditions are simultaneously met: if the car accident caused property damage only, with no injuries, if there were involved two or less vehicles which have valid RCA at the time of the accident, if the accident takes place in Romania and was not committed an offense specified in the Road Code.
