Useful Tips - ISO CERTIFICATION STEPS

Starting on the premise that company’s top management wants to implement a real quality management system - one able to add performance and profit to the services provided - several steps need to be taken:

- train and delegate a representative from the management team to implement the quality management system;

- identify organisation’s processes, optimize and document them;

- perform internal audits;

- analyse results showing the current state and find areas where improvements are needed.

After this final step, a trial run of the implemented quality management system is required. In the end, the company has to choose a certification entity.
